or one barley kouloura

1 finely chopped tomato

2 spoonfuls of olive oil

salt, oregano

2 spoonfuls

of white goat cheese

or pichtogalo Chanion

or feta or xinomyzithra

 

Sprinkle the dako with a little water and spread the tomato, salt, olive oil, oregano and the cheese.

 

*Add finely chopped olives or anchovies, if desired.
