The Team of Cretan Paximadi Producers aims at protecting and promoting, in Greece and internationally, the Cretan Rusk (Paximadi), which is the only PGI (protected geographical indication) Greek bakery-product.

The Board of the Team of Cretan Paximadi Producers is consisted by the board members of the Bakers’ Association of Iraklion and the Bakers’ Association of Chania.
